To raise funds for Berry Street, a fully supported, AURA sanctioned ultra-marathon will be held in Victoria’s Lerderderg State Park, covering ~70kms of beautiful trails and visiting the historic town of Blackwood.

The Berry Long Run had its first unofficial running on August 15, 2014, when three runners set out to raise money for Berry Street. There was some getting lost, some bush-bashing and some injury, but the consensus was that as a small fundraising event (over $2,000 raised), it was a resounding success! Read the report.

Since then, the race organisers have been working with Berry Street, Mooraduc Council, Parks Vic (Bacchus Marsh) and the Australian Ultra Runners Association (AURA) to stage the first official running of the Berry Long Run, in August 2015.
