Mandatory Gear
Check in with our friends at Bogong Equipment for the best advice and gear!
This race is in winter in quite high country in Victoria and you can expect to be COLD at some point. Depending on how the weather treats us on the day, it could be VERY cold and possibly wet. As such, you may well find that the standard mandatory gear in the BLR70 is not just carried for emergencies, you may well want to use it (note gloves are not mandatory in standard gear but recommended).
Please be prepared to have your pack checked at registration. You must have all mandatory gear (as specified in final briefing notes) in order to participate.
